: (1) According to the prevailing law, if a licensed organization wants to operate a consultant or general sales service in relation to aviation, it must submit an application to the director general to operate such service.< br> (2) If an application is made as per sub-rule (1), the Director General may permit such person or organization to provide consultant or general sales agent services with or without any condition.
(3) The fee for the permission to be granted as per sub-rule (2) shall be as mentioned in schedule-1.
(4) Organizations that have been in operation before the issuance of this regulation should be able to obtain permission within 5 months of the implementation of this regulation.
